The hotel has a convenient location right off the Trans Canada Highway, making it a perfect stop during my travels across Newfoundland. However, the overall condition of the rooms feels very outdated and there are accessibility challenges due to the lack of an elevator. Service was a mixed bag; some staff were friendly, but the limited assistance at times was a downside. On a positive note, the on-site restaurant offered decent meals, which added some value to the stay.

My stay was quite disappointing. The hotel felt old and needed serious upgrades, with rooms that were not only small but also smelly. My stay at the Mount Peyton was mixed. The hotel is quite dated and in need of some updates, particularly in the rooms and bathrooms.
